If you have Arise or client service related issues such as invalid logins, Arise or Client system technical issues that causes your inability to service during a scheduled interval(s),you can now submit a waiver request automatically without contacting a live chat support specialist.  Please follow the steps below to request the service waiver:


  1. Visit the Arise Partner Support Ticketing page at https://arise.service-now.com.
  2. Login with your current username and password used to log into the Arise portal.
  3. Click on 'Report an Incident' on the left side of the page.
  4. Click on Scheduling - Waiver Request from the drop-down menu.
  5. Please include INC details as well as date and time of the affected intervals.
  6. Submit.


Note:  Personal technical issues such as computer, internet service, etc. will not be approved for service waivers and should not be submitted via the Arise ticketing system.
