If you have Arise or client service related issues such as invalid logins, Arise or Client system technical issues that causes your inability to service during a scheduled interval(s),you can now submit a waiver request automatically without contacting a live chat support specialist. Please follow the steps below to request the service waiver:
- Visit the Arise Partner Support Ticketing page at https://arise.service-now.com.
- Login with your current username and password used to log into the Arise portal.
- Click on 'Report an Incident' on the left side of the page.
- Click on Scheduling - Waiver Request from the drop-down menu.
- Please include INC details as well as date and time of the affected intervals.
- Submit.
Note: Personal technical issues such as computer, internet service, etc. will not be approved for service waivers and should not be submitted via the Arise ticketing system.
