If you have attempted to create an Arise profile but receive a message stating that a profile already exists, this means that at some point you used that email address to create a profile with Arise. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE ANOTHER PROFILE using a different user name and password. All you need to do is send an email to admissions@admissions.arise.com.

 

Depending on how long it has been since you created your Arise profile, you may be required to submit your background check, voice assessment, and CSP 101 again.

 

Below is a format that you can use. Simply copy and paste this information into your email client and send directly to Arise.

 

I attempted to create a profile with Arise but was informed that a profile already exists. Please provide me with my user name and password so I can become active. Here is my personal information:
